Free Bunny Crochet Pattern

A friend suggested I start going bigger with my crochet patterns. This is the first attempt and… it’s not even that big. About 24” from nose to tail and 11” wide.

Notes:
ST = stitch
SL = Slip Stitch
SC = Single Crochet
DEC = Single Crochet DECrease
HDC = Half Double Crochet
I did all this with an K/101/2-6.50mm hook and two strands of regular worsted yarn together
Work in Rounds when I say “row”, do not turn, but it’s best if you have markers and move them to the last stitch in each round so it’s easier to count.
Also note, some of my counts are off on the repeating * rows, just finish with whatever SC count gets you to the marker, and place the marker on the new SC.

Finish with a very long tail. Use the tail to sew the crease between the round leg and paw.
For the right leg, sew back to where the tail came from, then sew to the body piece.
For the left leg, sew to the center of the round on the opposite side the tail came from, then sew to the body piece
