Experience

Sr Manager – Digital Product Management Charles Schwab
July 2021 – present, Austin, TX

Sr. Associate, UX Development Bed Bath & Beyond

Proficient in legacy platforms such as Oracle BCC, Endeca, and my A/B testing background, I joined the team at BBB as they were moving away from those technologies and launching a new, front end optimized, React-based website. Here my skills using Node.js, React and Redux really flourished. I am committed to collaborating with multifunctional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Designed, implemented, and monitored React components and functionality for continuous improvement.
• Communicated and developed tech feasibility documents with product managers and UX designers to translate project requirements and KPI into polished user interfaces.
• Evaluated user research to convert abstract ideas into planning tools such as journey maps, user personas, and storyboards
• Worked on both the A/B testing and personalization teams to test and integrate high ROI UI features complying with prescribed code standards, accessibility, and technical design guidelines.

Senior Web Developer Toys”R”Us
June 2016 – May 2018, Wayne, NJ
I started working at Toys“R”Us in the eCommerce Optimization department, working primarily with vanilla JS and CSS to build hotfixes and A/B Tests exclusively through Adobe Target. The company went through restructuring and I took a position as a senior frontend software engineer for the UI engineering department, with a concentration on the path to product and customer profile sections of the eCommerce web store. For a few months, I was working with J2EE technologies, JS, and CSS on the code base with Oracle ATG servers, Oracle BCC and Endeca for content management. Then as we moved to a new more contemporary and scalable platform, I was working agilely with the product and UX teams, coding with React, Redux and Node JS.
